Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TALENDICA is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support healthcare revenue cycle analytics using the Epic data model. The role leads stakeholder requirements and metric development, validates data, builds dashboards and BI solutions, and advises on data models and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business stakeholders through requirements gathering, metric development, data retrieval, and validation for large projects
• Apply advanced analytical/statistical methods to evaluate data and recommend improvements in processes, outcomes, financial performance, and resource utilization
• Build dashboards, reports, and BI solutions to measure processes and outcomes
• Learn new information systems and understand data flow through the lifecycle
• Advise on data models, testing frameworks, and documentation practices
• Present clear, actionable data stories tailored to diverse audiences
• Manage assigned projects end‑to‑end, including planning, deadlines, and issue resolution
• Identify and implement new data‑driven strategies and processes
• Communicate progress, findings, and interpretations while educating business partners
• Train and mentor team members
• Serve as a trusted data advisor within the organization
