The role focuses on developing and supporting scalable data pipelines, building Lakehouse solutions, and migrating on-premises pipelines to Databricks or cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Experience designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting scalable and reliable data pipelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data, analytics, and business teams to deliver data solutions

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong expertise in data pipelines and data processing
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, including data pipeline development and Lakehouse solutions
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL for data engineering, data transformation, and pipeline development
• 3+ years of experience with Lakehouse Architecture and Delta Lake
• 3+ years of experience migrating on-premises data pipelines to Databricks/cloud platforms
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation, modeling, and testing
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Unity Catalog for data governance and access management
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Databricks Genie Agents for data and analytics use cases
• Experience with Lakeflow and modern Databricks data pipeline development
• Experience designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting scalable and reliable data pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills for data pipelines and production issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data, analytics, and business teams to deliver data solutions
