The ideal candidate will design and implement secure data platforms, engage with product teams, and contribute technical expertise to enhance the organization's capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing highly secure, data platforms that support critical business requirements
• Following approved lifecycle methodologies and creating comprehensive design documents
• Performing rigorous coding and testing while upholding the highest secure coding standards and practices
• Engaging with product teams as a trusted technical partner to drive adoption and resolve complex technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
• Leveraging hands-on tech lead or senior contributor experience to elevate technical capabilities

Skills

• Hands-on experience in Cloud data engineering (ETL/ELT, Data Ingestion techniques, IaC, Data pipelines)
• Hands-on experience with Secure Coding, Data and Application Security
• Hands-on experience with AWS data services and building high performant data stores
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of directly related experience and/or education required
• Advanced level experience with building and managing data Lakes is preferred
• 8yrs of experience preferred
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
