The DevOps Engineer, Team Lead will build and enhance deployment systems for cloud-native applications and enable engineering teams to deploy and operate applications efficiently on a Kubernetes-based platform. The role also involves improving deployment reliability, developer experience, infrastructure automation, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance deployment systems supporting cloud-native applications and platform services
• Design and implement Kubernetes deployment strategies utilizing ArgoCD and internal deployment tools
• Create and maintain "golden paths" that streamline application deployment and operational best practices for engineering teams
• Collaborate with software engineers and platform teams to improve developer experience and deployment reliability
• Build, maintain, and optimize internally developed services that support platform operations
• Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration, deployment, and orchestration
• Experience implementing and managing ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments
• Previous software engineering or development experience with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Experience designing and supporting deployment platforms and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to create standardized deployment frameworks and developer enablement solutions
• Experience working with internally developed services and platform tooling
