Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JS Morlu is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of five company brands. The role focuses on social media strategy, content creation, audience engagement, lead generation, campaign execution, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a separate social media strategy and content calendar for each brand
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube accounts, as appropriate to each brand's audience and goals
• Maintain each brand's distinct identity, voice, messaging, and quality standards
• Prioritize platforms and activities based on business value, results, and available resources
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain accurate information, content assets, and timely approvals
• Increase genuine followers within each brand's target market
• Expand organic reach through useful content, strong storytelling, relevant trends, and community interaction
• Build relationships with relevant communities, partners, and industry voices
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Test content formats, opening hooks, posting times, and calls to action to improve results
• Create and edit graphics, short videos, reels, captions, and promotional materials
• Translate software features and professional services into clear customer benefits
• Promote products, services, webinars, demonstrations, and events
• Repurpose approved articles, presentations, demonstrations, and recordings into platform-specific content
• Support approved paid campaigns through audience targeting, creative testing, budget monitoring, and reporting
• Drive relevant traffic to websites, product pages, demonstration bookings, and event registration pages
• Develop campaigns with clear offers, calls to action, and measurable conversion goals
• Coordinate with sales to hand over inquiries promptly and track lead quality and outcomes
• Use campaign tracking links and available analytics to connect social media activity to business results
• Improve campaigns using registration data, demonstration bookings, and sales feedback
• Establish baseline performance and recommend realistic targets for each brand
• Submit concise weekly updates covering results, challenges, corrective actions, and next steps
• Produce monthly reports showing each brand's performance against agreed targets
• Identify successful activities, address underperformance, and recommend improvements
• Flag obstacles early and propose practical solutions

Skills

• Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts, supported by verifiable results
• Experience managing multiple brands with different audiences and priorities
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, analytics, and audience behavior
• Ability to create polished graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools
• Excellent written English, editing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into action
• Strong organization, sound judgment, and dependable execution in a remote environment
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• A self-motivated professional who takes ownership, meets deadlines, anticipates problems, and improves results
• You should be comfortable creating content yourself, managing competing priorities, and explaining how your work contributes to business growth
• Experience marketing software, technology products, or professional services
• Experience with paid social campaigns, CRM systems, and conversion tracking
