[Remote] Director, Data Strategy & B2B Marketing Analytics
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dale WorkForce Solutions is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a B2B marketing measurement leader. The role owns measurement strategy from first touch through closed revenue, governs campaign tracking and data flows across marketing and CRM systems, and provides trusted insights on pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end measurement of marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue
- Define tracking strategy across web, media, marketing automation, and CRM platforms
- Lead GTM, data layer, UTM, tagging, and campaign taxonomy governance
- Ensure clean data flow between marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
- Validate campaign attribution and funnel performance from lead to opportunity to revenue
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Analytics, and Data teams to resolve measurement gaps and improve data quality
- Translate business questions into reporting, attribution, and measurement strategies
Skills
- Experience with MTA, MMM, Incrementality, or Predictive measurement
- Deep B2B marketing measurement and analytics experience
- Expertise connecting marketing efforts to opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
- Strong Salesforce knowledge, including campaign architecture and campaign influence
- Experience with Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar MAP platforms
- Strong understanding of lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, GTM, data layers, and UTM governance
- Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Salesforce + Marketo expertise
- Multi-touch attribution and account-based measurement
- Enterprise B2B environments
- Agency or consulting experience
- Proven success building trusted marketing-to-revenue measurement frameworks
