The role leads teams, manages budgets and performance, establishes operational controls, coordinates departments, and supports risk management and organizational expansion.

Skills

• 25+ years of management and operational leadership experience
• Proven track record in organizational development, operational efficiency, and business growth
• Strong financial oversight, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent executive leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Previous experience as Director of Operations, VP of Operations, COO, or similar senior leadership role preferred
