Royal Inn Hotels & Residences is hiring a Director of Sales Operations to build and optimize the sales operations framework across its properties. The role oversees sales processes, reporting, enablement, pricing and distribution strategies, and cross-functional planning to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Sales Operations is a full time remote role responsible for building and optimizing the sales operations framework across all Royal Inn properties
• This role oversees end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking, and sales reporting to support revenue growth
• The Director will design and implement sales enablement tools, standard operating procedures, and performance dashboards, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and operations
• Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, refining pricing and distribution strategies, supporting the sales team with process improvements, and collaborating with leadership on sales targets and strategic initiatives
• The role also involves defining KPIs, leading continuous process optimization, and contributing to strategic planning for new and existing properties

Skills

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to design, manage, and optimize sales processes and performance
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, and drive data-informed decisions across the sales function
• Candidates should possess Operations Management and Sales Enablement skills to create scalable workflows, SOPs, and tools that support sales productivity
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and productivity tools, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or related service industries, with a proven track record in revenue growth and sales process improvement, is beneficial
• Advanced education or relevant certifications in sales operations or revenue management are an advantage
