Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Plastpro, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales growth in an assigned territory. The role focuses on building customer relationships, managing accounts and sales activities, training customers, and reporting on sales and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by acquiring new accounts and growing existing customer sales
• Visit dealers/builders weekly and conduct monthly meetings with distributors
• Provide product knowledge (PK) and sales training sessions for customers
• Submit weekly sales and trip expense reports to HQ
• Travel to HQ and our Ohio manufacturing plant as needed
• Manage a monthly travel and expense budget, staying within a 15% variance threshold
• Maintain a 6-week calendar of appointments and meetings
• Issue quotes, follow up on proposals, and manage pricing approvals
• Handle disputes, send samples/literature, and monitor market activity
• File weekly canvas reports detailing customer visits and potential interest
• Maintain distributor files and log all activity thoroughly

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with digital tools such as laptop, mobile communication, MS Office, and CRM software
