The role focuses on product content accuracy, search optimization, content maintenance, and performance analysis to improve customer experience and drive online engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

• Content Management: Create, curate, update, and maintain accurate, relevant, and consistent website content
• Product Search Optimization: Apply keywords, metadata, and SEO best practices to improve product search visibility
• Product Presentation: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure accurate and engaging product information
• Workflow Coordination: Manage content schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance and sales reports using analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities
• Content Quality: Review existing content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with brand standards

Skills

• Associate degree in Information Systems or a related field
• Experience in content creation and management
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced Excel skills and database knowledge preferred
• Preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
