Arcadis is hiring a consultant to support implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing operation of enterprise asset management and EHS&S systems. The role works with clients and project teams across the software deployment lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through rollout, production support, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software implementation projects by working across both business and technical workstreams, including requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment support
• Analyze client business processes and collaborate with technical teams to develop practical system solutions that improve operational, environmental, health, safety, and asset management processes
• Support data migration, reporting, analytics, and system integration activities to ensure accurate and reliable business information across enterprise platforms
• Contribute to project success through stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience participating in software deployment lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering, planning, configuration, testing, delivery, enhancements, maintenance, and support
• Working knowledge of relational databases, system architecture, and database architecture
• Experience with one or more relevant technologies, such as SQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, VBA, SSRS, SSIS, OBIEE, web services, or database integration
• Preferred areas of study include engineering, environmental science, sustainability, physical or life sciences, information technology, computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems
• Two to four years of experience configuring or supporting enterprise EHS&S and Asset Management platforms, including Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAP EHSM, Maximo or comparable systems
• Experience with data migration, system integration, application testing, production support, and report development
• Experience developing reports with SSRS or another enterprise reporting platform
• Fluency in English AND Spanish, French, or German preferred
