The Tendering & Proposal Specialist develops competitive proposals by evaluating tender requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating cross-functional inputs, managing bid schedules, and ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and identify customer requirements, scope, and expectations
• Develop accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis and market benchmarks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs
• Manage tender schedules and coordinate activities to ensure timely, high-quality submissions
• Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, and cost estimates
• Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality reviews throughout the proposal process
• Build positive customer relationships by clarifying requirements and supporting a seamless bid experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tendering or CRM platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
