Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KMM Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Enrollment Technician III for a contract opportunity. The role processes and reconciles healthcare enrollments, maintains membership records, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with installation and billing teams.

Responsibilities

• Process subscriber and dependent enrollments accurately and on time
• Verify enrollment status, update membership records, and process terminations
• Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies
• Perform monthly enrollment reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with account installation and billing teams
• Work with healthcare claims documents and claims keywords
• Support special projects and assist with training and mentoring junior team members

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims documents and claims keywords
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
