Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SeedTrust Escrow supports families navigating surrogacy and egg donation by simplifying the financial process. The Escrow Administrator provides English- and Mandarin-language client support, sets up escrow accounts, prepares documents, and helps ensure requests are handled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Be someone our clients can count on. Answer calls and emails in English and Mandarin, provide clear and thoughtful support, and connect clients with the right people when needed
• Get the details right. Open new escrow accounts and cases, making sure information is accurate and complete from the start
• Keep clients informed. Confirm incoming deposits and prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other documents with accuracy and care
• Keep things moving. Help manage our shared inbox, organize requests, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Work as one team. Collaborate with Escrow Account Leads, Specialists, and other teammates to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-through
• Spot what needs attention. Flag missing information, potential errors, or issues that need to be escalated before they become bigger problems

Skills

• You're fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• You can explain a process on the phone and write a clear, professional email in both languages
• You're organized, accurate, and take pride in getting things right the first time
• You're patient, approachable, and good at making information easier to understand
• You're comfortable handling multiple requests at once and keeping things moving in a busy environment
• You follow through, ask questions, and speak up when something doesn't look right
• You're comfortable with technology and pick up new tools and processes quickly
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence
• Experience in customer service, financial services, or administrative operations is a plus
• Familiarity with escrow, surrogacy, or fertility services is even better, but not required
