Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Recom is hiring an Events and Partnership Marketing Manager to turn its hosted forums, trade shows, and partner marketing programs into executive engagement and qualified demand. The role owns event planning and execution, prepares sellers for targeted conversations, and coordinates partner campaigns with commercial relationship owners.

Responsibilities

• Build the event calendar, budgets and project plans with marketing and sales; prioritize attendance against target accounts
• Execute hosted summits, forums and roundtables, including venues, vendors, invitations, materials and attendee experience
• Analyze exhibitor and attendee lists against target profiles and prepare account intelligence, floor plans and seller playbooks
• Coordinate prebooked meetings, seller schedules and follow-up responsibilities with Outbound and New Business teams
• Develop joint webinars, co-marketing and event activations with approved partners and relationship owners
• Track attendance, meetings, accepted opportunities and event costs with Revenue Operations; improve the program using results

Skills

• 3+ years in events, field marketing, project management or a comparable coordination-intensive role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, budgets and deadlines
• Strong written communication for invitations, account briefs and sales-facing materials
• Ability to coordinate marketing, sales and external partners with clear follow-through
• Experience with executive events, trade shows or partner marketing
• Experience in ecommerce, premium brands or B2B services
• Experience preparing account research and pre-event outreach programs
• Knowledge of CRM campaign tracking and event-to-pipeline measurement
