Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. STAFFXPERT LLC is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed client for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Representative. The role develops forecasts, budgets, and financial reports; analyzes performance; and partners with business stakeholders to support planning and informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and planning models
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand key business drivers and support financial planning initiatives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Perform variance analysis and explain differences between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
• Support financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting activities
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and related financial documentation to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Present financial findings, insights, and recommendations to management and business leaders
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and optimization of planning tools and methodologies
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data and reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related finance function
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling
• Solid understanding of core financial concepts, including accruals, depreciation, amortization, and capitalization
• Ability to interpret and analyze contracts, purchase orders, and financial agreements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• MBA, CPA, or other relevant financial certification
• Experience with enterprise financial planning and reporting tools such as OneStream, Apptio, Hyperion, or Anaplan
• Experience supporting technology-focused organizations or business units
• Familiarity with financial dashboards, performance metrics, and business intelligence reporting
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives within finance and planning functions
