Skills

• Experience working on the healthcare payer side in provider network analytics, provider contracting analytics, reimbursement analysis, or healthcare pricing
• Strong understanding of hospital contracting, fee schedules, and reimbursement methodologies, including Percentage of Medicare, DRGs, per diems, and case rates
• Hands-on experience analyzing healthcare price transparency data and Machine-Readable Files (MRFs)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL capabilities
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets and identifying reimbursement trends
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to actuarial, pricing, and network contracting stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new tools and processes
