The Forward Deployed Finance Partner implements finance solutions tailored to client needs, analyzes financial data, builds stakeholder relationships, and supports adoption of financial tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement finance solutions tailored to client needs
• Utilize HubSpot and Notion to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives
• Drive the adoption of best practices in financial management across the organization
• Support the integration of new financial tools and technologies to optimize workflows

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Notion, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools effectively
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams
• Experience in the fintech industry, particularly with finance platforms or software development
• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Previous experience in a forward-deployed or client-facing finance role
