Responsibilities

• You convert the Firstier category story into meetings, pilots, and measurable pipeline movement
• You sharpen pricing, packaging, outbound narrative, and founder-led follow-up loops
• You help the company learn where the fastest path to ARR and pilot expansion actually sits
• You build the pipeline reporting that tells founders the truth — not the dashboard that flatters
• You run experiments fast: test, measure, kill or scale, document

Skills

• You are commercial and founder-comfortable — direct conversations, no layers, fast decisions
• You pair narrative quality with ruthless pipeline discipline
• You have run early-stage outbound and pilot motions in B2B SaaS or security
• You treat pricing and packaging as live experiments, not as documents
• You communicate precisely in English
• Additional markets are a plus
