Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Huron is hiring a Healthcare Consulting Manager for its Mid Revenue Cycle team, focused on Service Capture. The role leads client engagements to improve revenue integrity, compliance, service capture workflows, and operational performance, while managing project delivery and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of service capture strategies that drive compliance, revenue recovery, and sustainable operational improvements
• Lead consulting engagements that enhance revenue integrity and operational performance across hospitals, health systems, and physician enterprises, including EHR transition initiatives (e.g., Epic)
• Develop and manage comprehensive project workplans, ensuring engagements remain on schedule, key milestones are achieved, and projects are completed successfully
• Oversee the development, review, and quality assurance of all client deliverables, including executive presentations, analytical work products, financial opportunity assessments, and implementation materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and executive-level quality
• Evaluate clinical workflows, charge entry practices, and billing compliance processes, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders by providing strategic guidance, project leadership, and relationship management throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Present findings and recommendations to clinical, operational, and executive audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables, successful project outcomes, and exceptional client service
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development while fostering a culture of quality, integrity, and collaboration

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including service capture, CDM, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes
• Deep understanding of service capture workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and professional services settings
• Proven experience delivering healthcare revenue cycle projects within a consulting environment, including hands-on experience with Epic and reimbursement methodologies (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG)
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
• U.S. work authorization required
