Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for roles in Polk County, FL
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, healthcare facilities, and internal hiring managers
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in ATS or CRM systems
• reputed company interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications for various healthcare roles
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding coordination as needed

Skills

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) to effectively engage local candidates
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
