Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI-powered solutions and AI agents
• Create AI-based workflows and automation
• Develop reusable AI capabilities that engineering teams can use
• Work with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams on AI projects
• Help engineering teams use enterprise AI tools securely and responsibly
• Test, improve, and move AI solutions from prototype to production

Skills

• 8+ years of overall software engineering or technical experience
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI experience
• Real experience building or implementing AI agents, GenAI applications, or AI automation
• Experience creating AI prototypes and taking them into production
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as reputed company Copilot, reputed company 365 Copilot, or similar tools
• Good understanding of AI security, data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI usage
• Strong communication and ability to work with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams
