The role supports sourcing and onboarding contract talent and helps manage contract compliance, stakeholder recommendations, and audit records.

Responsibilities

• Support the contractor lifecycle, including developing SOWs and sourcing strategies in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Review contracts and staff-augmentation job postings to support compliance and risk mitigation
• Prepare detailed summaries and recommendations for project stakeholders
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to address contract-related questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes

Skills

• Experience with contingent labor and international or cross-border workforce matters
• Strong communication skills, including experience engaging with senior-level candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with recruiting, contingent workforce, and deployment systems
• Hands-on Fieldglass experience
• Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment
