The Implementation Consultant guides client implementations from planning through successful rollout, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions to typical clients, following company guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness
• Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running on HdL solution
• Interact/collaborate with internal business partners (i.e. Sales, Client Services, IT and Development) to ensure a successful implementation
• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive solution
• Discern the need for and develop customized solutions
• Define detail project implementation plans and report key implementation progress metrics
• Serve as the contact for daily client interaction and implementation activities
• Coach and prepare clients for successful rollouts of HdL solutions
• Prioritize and escalate issues when needed, and keep clients informed of progress
• Work with third-party vendors when issues involve multiple systems
• Assist with data conversions
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
• Partner with clients to learn their business and related needs
• Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service environment or systems integration environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
