Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CodeDestinee seeks an independent B2B sales partner to identify and qualify prospective clients, present its Business Operations Assessment, and secure the initial payment. CodeDestinee handles assessment delivery, client handoff follow-up, and subsequent account administration.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify and develop prospective client opportunities through existing professional relationships, referrals, networking, or outbound prospecting
• Engage business owners and decision makers to identify potential operational challenges
• Guide prospective clients through CodeDestinee's established qualification process to determine whether the Business Operations Assessment aligns with their needs
• Conduct scheduled sales consultations using company provided presentation materials
• Communicate the value, scope, and pricing of the Business Operations Assessment
• Address initial questions and objections, establish client commitment, and secure the qualifying initial assessment payment
• Coordinate the client handoff to CodeDestinee upon successful initial payment
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information
• Communicate relevant updates regarding active sales opportunities
• Follow through on agreed commitments and coordinate timely client handoffs
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and respect for client relationships

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative client acquisition
• Experience independently generating prospective client opportunities and securing paying customers
• An established professional network or experience developing relationships with business owners and decision makers
• Confidence presenting professional services, discussing pricing, and handling sales objections
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication and professional accountability
• Interest in establishing a mutually beneficial, long term business relationship
• Existing independent consultants, business development professionals, and professionals operating their own consulting or sales businesses are encouraged to apply

Benefits

• Commission of up to $900 per eligible completed $3,000 Business Operations Assessment, subject to the terms of a written agreement.
