Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jostens is seeking an independent sales representative to grow its Commercial division. The role focuses on developing customers and prospects, advising businesses on printing products and services, and maintaining customer relationships and an independent business office.

Responsibilities

• Growth. Gain market share through customer and prospect development
• Develop. Build and maintain customer relationships and work effectively with businesses requiring printing needs
• Advise. Potential customers on printing products and services offered by Jostens
• Compliance. Comply with all applicable laws associated with the services performed for Jostens
• Maintain. Maintain an independent business office
• Operations. Responsible for all business expenses, including but not limited to travel to facilitate sale
• Integrity. Represent the Jostens brand and shared values of accountability to customers, unwavering integrity, responsibility and respect for those we serve

Skills

• As a Jostens Independent Sales Representative (1099), you are highly motivated and interested in building your own business
• You are entrepreneurial in nature and want more out of life than just a job
• Utilize your experience in the printing industry to grow in our Commercial division with unlimited commission potential
• Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of related commercial printing sales experience
• Relevant and proven sales and/or sales management experience (consultative, educational, B2C)
• Demonstrated personal accountability for your own success and development
• Demonstrated success developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through great customer focus
• Strong business and financial acumen
• You enjoy acting as a true business partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers
• You have a 4-year degree (preferred, or equivalent education + experience)
