LanceSoft is seeking a JD Edwards Techno-functional Consultant to provide production support and functional assistance for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The role includes incident and problem management, change management, release coordination, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support: incident/problem management, change management, and release coordination
• Functional support
• Break-fix and minor enhancement

Skills

• 10–14+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience (depending on level)
• Strong techno-functional exposure in at least one functional track:
• Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA) OR
• Distribution (Sales, Procurement, Inventory)
• JDE E1 development (Forms/UBE/RDA), debugging, object management
• SQL (writing queries, joins, performance basics)
• JDE tools: OMW, FDA/RDA, Versioning, Security concepts, JDE Orchestrator
• Strong support mindset: troubleshooting, RCA, ticket handling, communication with business users
