The role focuses on modernizing engineering practices, delivery, and developer productivity through Agile transformation, automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams and technical leaders
• Drive Agile transformation, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development
• Improve engineering productivity, quality, reliability, and delivery
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Establish strong practices around observability, monitoring, and operational excellence

Skills

• 3+ years of software engineering leadership experience
• Proven experience leading and scaling Agile engineering organizations
• Strong knowledge of modern software development, cloud, APIs, web, and mobile technologies
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering, CI/CD, automation, and production systems
• Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development
• Mobile or frontend engineering background strongly preferred
• Azure, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL/Snowflake, Kotlin/Swift, GitHub Actions, and observability platforms
