[Remote] Junior Software Engineer (React)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radicle Health develops software products for human services organizations. - Follow our best practices for code quality, testing, and the development process, including source control and deployment workflows, with support from colleagues on approach and design
- Take ownership of your work through launch and beyond, quickly noticing and addressing bugs, regressions, and open questions related to the code you shipped
- Collaborate actively with the team by giving and welcoming thoughtful feedback in pull request reviews, asking good questions in technical discussions, and asking for help early when you're blocked
- Protect sensitive data in line with Radicle Health's guidelines for PHI, using mocked or anonymized data in development and testing, including when using AI tools
