Dr. Simi is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead the strategic development of its CVS account in the U.S. The role owns the joint business plan and drives growth and execution across assortment, distribution, retail activation, store expansion, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• CVS Joint Business Plan: Own the annual and multi-year JBP, aligning CVS and Similares on growth priorities, objectives, investments and KPIs
• Commercial Growth: Identify and unlock incremental growth opportunities across assortment, distribution, pricing, promotions and new categories
• Store Expansion: Lead the strategy to expand Dr. Simi presence across the CVS network, including the 1,800-store opportunity previously identified
• Assortment & Category Management: Develop the right portfolio by store/channel, using shopper, category and market insights to maximize productivity
• Perfect Store / Execution: Drive availability, visibility, T-Zone placement, displays, planograms, POSM, seasonal activations and execution standards
• Retail Activation: Build joint promotional and seasonal calendars with CVS, ensuring strong execution and measurable ROI
• Business Performance: Establish and track shared KPIs covering sales, distribution, availability, execution, inventory, ROI and incremental growth
• Relationship Management: Build senior-level relationships with CVS buyers, category managers, operations, marketing and other key stakeholders
• Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Operations to deliver the CVS agenda
• Business Reviews: Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews, identifying gaps, opportunities and corrective actions
• Innovation: Identify new ways to expand Dr. Simi’s role within CVS and develop new commercial models with the retailer
