Magnit Global is hiring a Lead Data Scientist in Product Analytics to drive product strategy and business impact through data-driven insights. The role analyzes complex datasets, designs experiments, develops metrics, and advises cross-functional teams and senior leaders on product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale data to uncover actionable insights
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure product performance
• Apply statistical modeling, forecasting, and causal inference techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to guide product strategy
• Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership
• Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python (or R)
• Experience with experimentation, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis
• Proven ability to partner with Product teams and influence business decisions
• Experience building KPIs, metrics frameworks, and analytical reporting solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus
