GTT is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to provide financial insights that influence senior-level decision-making and drive business performance. The role leads financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional business partnership, while mentoring junior analysts and improving finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders
• Identify key performance drivers and recommend opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial guidance and strategic support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational objectives and long-term business strategy
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, tools, and methodologies
• Present complex financial information in a clear and commercially relevant manner
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that support organisational goals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting analytical excellence and professional development
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a related finance role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience
• Deep understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• FP&A experience within technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or other subscription-based revenue environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning applications
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring colleagues
