The role focuses on standalone courses and structured learning tracks covering L&D best practices, learning strategy, training effectiveness, administration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver standalone courses and structured learning tracks that help accounting firms implement L&D best practices and achieve measurable outcomes

Skills

• Practical knowledge of learning strategy, program design, and training effectiveness
• Ability to deliver actionable insights, frameworks, and real-world examples
• Experience conducting webinars, workshops, or professional education sessions
• Preferably from the US accounting or CPA firm industry
• Experience leading or advising L&D initiatives within CPA firms, accounting organizations, or professional services firms
