Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talentoma is seeking a Learning Operations Coordinator for a fully remote, Oregon-based role. The position coordinates learning activities for policy, claims, billing, and service teams by managing schedules, enrollments, learner communications, attendance, completion records, and training-related support issues.

Responsibilities

• Triage learner and instructor questions about sessions, access, and coursework
• Reconcile enrollment rosters with manager requests, capacity, and learner status
• Escalate access issues and urgent training gaps to support partners
• Log attendance, feedback, and completions in the learning platform
• Verify learning records against assigned curricula and missing evidence
• Draft session communications, job aids, and status updates for program owners

Skills

• Experience coordinating training, education, or administrative programs
• Comfort navigating learning platforms, virtual meeting tools, and roster spreadsheets
• Ability to explain enrollment steps, deadlines, and course expectations clearly
• Sound judgment handling learner records and routing sensitive questions
• Associate degree, relevant coursework, or comparable coordination experience welcomed
