What You'll Do

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and relationship building
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
• Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and home financing needs
• Explain loan programs, terms, and requirements
• Review borrower financial information and required documentation
• Manage and maintain your loan pipeline
• Work closely with processing and underwriting to move loans through the process
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
• Stay current on mortgage products, regulations, market conditions, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

Elite Level Loan Officers / Entry-Level You don't need years of mortgage experience to be successful. We're looking for people who are:
