Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Solomon Page is hiring on behalf of a top fashion company for a Manager, Creator Affiliates. The role drives creator affiliate growth and revenue across multiple brands through creator recruitment and management, performance analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive creator affiliate growth and affiliate-attributed revenue across a portfolio of fashion brands
• Manage creator affiliate activity across ShopMy and LTK
• Recruit, onboard, activate, and reactivate creators and influencers
• Develop and maintain strong, direct relationships and communications with creators
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
• Analyze creator and affiliate performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, creator performance, and affiliate industry insights
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to support program execution, optimization, and accountability
• Manage priorities across multiple brands and creator initiatives simultaneously
• Maintain awareness of emerging trends and developments within the creator commerce and affiliate marketing ecosystem

Skills

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of influencer and/or creator marketing experience, including exposure to affiliate marketing
• Demonstrated experience managing revenue-producing creator or affiliate programs, rather than solely brand awareness influencer campaigns
• Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK
• Experience recruiting, activating, and managing creator and influencer relationships
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator commerce, and performance-driven creator programs
• Experience analyzing affiliate performance and making strategic recommendations to improve results
• Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• Experience managing affiliate marketing budgets
• Experience with additional affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate
• Existing creator and influencer relationships within the affiliate and creator commerce space
• Experience within fashion retail, apparel, beauty, or consumer lifestyle brands
