Form Energy is hiring a Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering to build and lead its supplier quality team and help develop the company’s quality management system. The role supports supplier quality and PPAP efforts, resolves vendor non-conformances, and partners with engineering, supply chain, and product quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers
• Interface will design and supply chain leaders to improve Form's supplier quality management processes
• Develop a culture of rapid response and long term corrective action within your team and with our vendors
• Work with the NPI team to define and manage quality control and acceptance test procedures
• Lead failure/root cause analysis efforts
• Assist in the development of supplier quality documentation
• Drive Zero Defect mentality within the supply base
• Monitor and measure supplier performance related to quality nonconformance
