Programmers.io is seeking a Managing Consultant – Revenue Growth Management to lead consulting engagements and revenue growth transformation initiatives for consumer products and retail clients. The role focuses on improving pricing, trade promotion effectiveness, profitability, and revenue optimization using Promax solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Growth Management consulting engagements
• Design and implement pricing, promotion, trade investment, and profitability strategies
• Work with clients to optimize revenue management processes using Promax solutions
• Analyze pricing effectiveness, trade spend, and market performance
• Define RGM operating models, governance frameworks, and KPIs
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and business transformation initiatives
• Support solution implementation, change management, and user adoption
• Drive business development and client relationship management

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, or Commercial Strategy
• Hands-on experience with Promax solutions
• Strong understanding of pricing, trade promotions, customer profitability, and sales analytics
• Experience leading consulting engagements and transformation programs
