Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SeenU is hiring a Marketing Director Intern focused on campus growth for its social platform. The role leads student and campus growth efforts, including recruiting ambassadors, building campus relationships, coordinating activations, and tracking growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead SeenU’s student and campus growth strategy
• Recruit and manage campus ambassadors and student leaders
• Build relationships with fraternities, sororities, student organizations, and campus communities
• Run high-volume outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other channels
• Create and execute campus activation campaigns
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and on-campus events
• Work directly with SeenU leadership on growth priorities
• Track signups, referrals, activations, and campus-level growth
• Move quickly and take ownership without needing constant direction

Skills

• Current college student or recent graduate
• Initiative, urgency, creativity, and execution
• Comfortable reaching out to new people, following up consistently, organizing others, testing ideas quickly, and being accountable for measurable results
• Highly connected on campus
• Already leads organizations or marketing initiatives
• A track record of getting people to participate in things
• Experience with campus organizations, Greek life, student leadership, marketing, community building, ambassador programs, social media, or entrepreneurship
