Select Source International is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the VP, Client Marketing Leader in executing strategies for retail brands and partner relationships. The role manages multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts, while ensuring compliance and coordinating with sales, legal, operations, and marketing teams.

• Introduce new ideas and concepts to drive consumer growth and strengthen partner relationships
• Create, build, and maintain a collaborative partnership with sales, legal, compliance, operations and marketing support teams to drive overall results
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Skills

• 4+ years of Project management experience
• 4+ years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries
• 2+ years SEO experience
• Proficient in Adobe Workfront platform
• Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 4+ years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries
• In-depth understanding of marketing tools and methodologies
• Familiar with traditional consumer marketing channels as well as online and social media
• Retail, credit card or other financial services marketing experience
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results
• Ability to influence across all levels of organization
• Strong analytical skills (segmentation, targeting, ROI, results testing)
• Champion of marketing metrics and program measurement (incremental sales calculation, campaign profitability, break-even analysis)
• Ability to interact effectively with key clients and sales teams
• Proven accountability for business results--executes against plan and delivers
• Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
• Strong presentation skills
• 1.5 + years of total marketing experience, preferably in credit card, financial services, or retail industry
