Quantum Strides LLC is hiring a Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant to deliver IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions for clients. The role bridges technical and functional teams, configures and tests Maximo, supports integrations, and provides guidance and training throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs
• Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical designs and implementations
• Develop interfaces between Maximo and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, SCADA, and GIS systems
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimizing Maximo's use and recommending process improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams during the entire project lifecycle
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
• Create functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its integrations

Skills
