The role manages campaign records and budgets, reviews invoices, maintains accurate documentation, and coordinates billing and reporting with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize digital media campaigns and related records
• Monitor campaign budgets, expenses, and billing information
• Prepare, review, and track invoices and payment records
• Verify media charges and identify billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate client and campaign documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding budgets, invoices, and campaign activity
• Prepare basic reports related to media spending and billing
• Keep account information and financial records organized
• Assist with monthly billing and reconciliation tasks
• Respond to billing-related questions from clients or internal team members
• Ensure deadlines for invoices, payments, and campaign reporting are met

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
