The role maintains organized records, supports finance and compliance workflows, prepares leadership updates, administers systems, and contributes to process improvements and special projects. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records across Google Drive, Notion, and archives
• Support accounts payable/receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliations
• Collaborate with the COO, Operations Managers, and Chief of Staff on contract and compliance workflows
• Prepare reports and briefing notes for leadership
• Administer tools and systems, and monitor shared inboxes
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects

Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, finance, or project coordination role
• Bachelor's degree or recent graduate
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Versatile and resourceful, with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bookkeeping workflows
