Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sabotage Watch documents sabotage incidents using open-source intelligence. The OSINT Analyst investigates and verifies suspected hybrid and sabotage incidents worldwide, structures findings for a public dataset, and supports transparent reporting and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect and verify open-source data related to sabotage and hybrid incidents
• Structure verified data in our database
• Cross-reference coordinates and timelines using Leaflet or QGIS
• Summarise findings in clear, concise English with transparent sourcing
• Assist with automation and enrichment workflows via n8n

Skills

• Understanding of OSINT verification techniques and data-reliability assessment
• Analytical mindset and strong written English (C1+)
• Technical familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, PostgreSQL, Leaflet, QGIS and n8n
• Interest in uncovering hybrid warfare, disinformation and other threats to Western democracies
• Experience with Astro or React for improving data-visualisation components
• Background in investigative journalism, threat intelligence or international relations
• Optionally one OSINT work sample
