Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intertek is hiring an Operations Coordinator for its Caleb Brett team. The role coordinates inspector assignments, job orders, terminal confirmations, and equipment tracking in support of petroleum inspection operations.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch jobs for the inspectors
• Enter job orders and update the job order board
• Confirm jobs with terminal personnel
• Keep track of inspector equipment

Skills

• Proficient in math
• A valid and current driers license with a reliable driving record is minimum requirement
• High School Graduate
• Math Skills
• Some knowledge of the oil industry
• Exceptional communication skills
• Computer Skills and knowledge of inspection related business
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record is required
• Applicants must ... be able to legally work, in the United States
• Terminal – seaman – first officer experience preferred
