Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TriStar Plastics, LLC distributes plastics and manufactures fabricated parts. The Outside Sales Representative develops customer relationships and new business for engineered plastics solutions, troubleshoots customer needs, and works with Engineering and Inside Sales to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Travel within multi-state designated territory 35%
• Visit existing customers to troubleshoot and develop additional business opportunities
• Prospect New Business focusing on solutions using our Tier 1 products
• Work closely with Engineering and Inside Sales to manage projects
• Prepare and Deliver customer presentations including Lunch and Learns
• Utilize CRM to track customer communication and sales planning

Skills

• A technical-minded sales professional with a background in plastics, fabricated parts or plain bearings
• A solution-based mindset
• A team player able to work closely with Engineering and Inside Sales to offer comprehensive solutions to your customers
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant Plastics, Plain Bearing, or fabricated parts environment
• Minimum 5 years Outside Sales Experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working in an independent setting
• Willingness to travel within territory
