The role owns the patient experience across digital touchpoints, improving trust and conversion while maintaining the design system and taking work through to production.

Responsibilities

• Design everything a patient sees: landing pages, intake, checkout, account, emails
• Make a sensitive medical journey feel calm, clear and premium for women 45+
• Improve trust and conversion, measured with analytics, A/B tests and patient interviews
• Own the design system and take work through to production
• Work directly with the founder

Skills

• 5+ years in product design, with shipped work for a US consumer health or telehealth brand
• Exceptional craft in typography, layout and restraint
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, FTC health claims and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and how they shape design
• Sharp UX writing
• Comfort building or reviewing front-end code
