Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NetSPI+Synack is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape market positioning and messaging for its combined offerings. The role develops thought leadership and competitive positioning, translating technical capabilities into clear narratives and collaborating with product, sales, security consultants, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine core messaging architecture that positions NetSPI+Synack penetration testing and security services in the market
• Create clear, differentiated product positioning that articulates our competitive advantages and resonates with target personas
• Collaborate with product teams to understand capabilities, roadmap, and customer outcomes. Translate technical features into business value and market relevance
• Ensure messaging consistency across all customer-facing materials, sales enablement, and marketing channels
• Be responsible for thought leadership strategy that positions NetSPI+Synack as an authoritative voice in penetration testing, offensive security, threat research, and emerging security challenges
• Partner with security consultants, executives, and subject matter experts to develop high-impact content including whitepapers, research reports, blogs, and webinars
• Ensure content balances technical depth with accessibility for executive and non-technical audiences
• Develop content that supports the sales cycle and customer journey across awareness, consideration, and decision stages
• Develop competitive battle cards and sales resources that support differentiation and deal velocity
• Track industry developments and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning and messaging
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies and customer narratives
• Work with product teams on launch messaging, feature positioning, and product updates

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles in B2B technology
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or highly technical industries
• Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging for multiple audiences
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience developing product positioning and competitive messaging strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, sales, and technical teams
• Experience in penetration testing, application security, offensive security, or related security domains
• Track record of launching products or services in competitive markets
