Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Product Support Data Entry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in capturing detailed, actionable insights from in‑home usage testing projects. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Documenting product usage in accordance with the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries.
• Carefully handling and responsibly using each product, ensuring it remains in good condition throughout the testing period.
• Following step‑by‑step instructions for each test, such as unpacking, reading user manuals, and completing online or mobile feedback forms.
• Utilizing brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to capture real‑time, point‑of‑emotion insights.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms when required.
• Submitting written reviews and feedback as outlined in the daily schedule, ensuring clarity, honesty, and thoroughness.
• Maintaining accurate records of test dates, product IDs, and any issues encountered.
• Communicating promptly with the brighthush support team regarding any product concerns or technical difficulties.

Essential Qualifications
