Creative Circle is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Production Designer to produce and adapt creative assets across print and digital channels. The role focuses on preparing, reviewing, and managing campaign materials while ensuring brand, production, and applicable regulatory standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Execute and produce creative assets based on established brand guidelines and creative direction
• Adapt campaign concepts into multiple formats, sizes, channels, and audiences while maintaining visual consistency
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy and production quality
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Marketing teams, and Regulatory/Legal stakeholders to implement creative revisions and updates
• Manage versioning, file organization, and asset libraries for ongoing campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Review and proof materials for layout accuracy, consistency, brand compliance, and production readiness
• Apply updates to existing materials including brochures, sales aids, presentations, email campaigns, websites, social media assets, and event materials
• Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory, medical, legal, and brand standards when required
• Partner with print vendors, developers, and production partners to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Support quality assurance reviews and help maintain efficient creative production workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or related creative production role
• Strong portfolio showcasing production expertise across print and digital channels
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Experience working with brand guidelines and large-scale content versioning
• Strong understanding of print production processes, file preparation, typography, layout, and digital asset creation
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct inconsistencies or production errors
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Agency experience supporting healthcare or pharmaceutical clients
• Familiarity with MLR review processes, promotional compliance, and regulated marketing environments
• Experience using Figma, PowerPoint, and other collaborative design tools
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content
• Experience producing materials for healthcare professionals, patients, or clinical audiences
